Waiver of Liability Agreement

By using the Victory Center multi-sport court, I, acknowledge that I am fully aware of the potential risks associated with playing or participating in any activities on the court. I understand that injuries such as sprains, fractures, or other physical harm can occur during recreational activities, and I assume full responsibility for my participation. I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the facility management, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my use of the court, or any other persons/visitors covered under this booking, including but not limited to any injuries or damages that may occur during or after our participation.

I further agree that I will follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions provided by the facility, and I will use the court and its equipment in a responsible and safe manner. I understand that if I am under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs my ability to safely engage in activities, I will refrain from using the court. This waiver and release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, and administrators, and shall remain in effect for all future visits to the facility. By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
